President, Leron Simon, prior to founding Construction Talent Partners, became an integral part of one of the largest and most respected recruitment firms in the country. Hired as a Researcher, Mr. Simon did the tough work of creating from client need assessments the initial search strategies, and identifying early potential prospects. Then as a Project Coordinator, he worked with other Researchers in developing initial strategy into detailed search plans and took the lead in identifying, and interviewing sourced candidates. Next, Mr. Simon took on the full-status of Executive Recruiter with responsibility to create business and become the direct client point-person with full responsibility over needs assessment, client searches and client satisfaction. Finally as a Senior Recruiter and Trainer, he directed all personnel and projects under the umbrella of the construction industry while also training newer employees in various stages of the search process.
